Paying a premium annually to Philhealth should provide peace of mind to OFWs that despite being away from their loved ones, Philhealth is always there to provide hospitalization benefits when needed.
This is not happening due to the unreliability of Philhealth record management. Philhealth could not provide health when it is much needed due to this incompetence. This is another blow to the face of OFWs.
What can the OFW do? Knowing the how the Philippine government operate, the OFW just need to wait for the mercy of people in public office.
