Expired Philippine Driver’s License Renewal

My driver's license in the Philippines was expired for more than five (5) years now. As I am now in here, I want to renew my driver's license as I want to drive locally.

I went to a Land Transportation Satellite Office as I was told that this is the easiest way to renew a license. As this is the first time that my license was expired for this long, I did not realize that LTO will be asking for my foreign driver's license. I said to myself, ouch! I did not bring my foreign license back here in the Philippines. Now, even If I want to drive, I can't. I don't have a valid driver's license.
