The sincerity of US President Obama to bail-out the US economy is truly unprecedented. I admire him for his courage to have the executives of AIG investigated for getting a hefty bonus after a US$170B bail-out using tax-payers money.
The reasoning of the CEO that AIG is bounded by law to provide the bonuses is rubbish. The AIG executives should be punished not rewarded for mishandling the company. These executives should open their eyes that at this time of world economic crisis where companies are crumbling, having an extra pay for mismanagement is greed and stupidity.
