What is the Philippine government doing to prepare for the home coming of tens of thousands of Overseas Filipino workers comprising of Engineers, doctors, nurses, seamen, welders, technicians and many more? Will the government be sending back abroad again? Just leave them in recession? Your guess is as good as mine.
