Social Media and Job Security

Social media has its pros and cons. Social media is the best media to advertise any event or product. If you have a new product or event, post it on social media. Even companies are changing their social media policies to take advantage of the popularity of social media for company promotions and recruitments.

On the downside, social media can cause you your job. Despite changing company social media policies, think twice before posting anything about work even though you think it is the truth. A recent study found out that anything you post will be taken against you and worse you might lose your job. To be on the safe side, just keep your ideas about work away from social media or just keep it to yourself.

Social media can find you a job but it can also cause you to lose your job.
