I am having issues with one of my VPS used for a forum. This node always got a problem. Its Control Panel is not even accessible. I have already opened a ticket with helpdesk but even after more than 24 hours (ticket opened – 12/03/2012 04:19, last checked 12/04/2012 17:16), the issue has not been resolved. Is their helpdesk truly 27/7?
The VPS is not even accessible through SSH. If I can, then I should have not opened a ticket anymore. I plan to move this into a new server but I do not a backup of the latest database. Thus I am still under the mercy of the helpdesk people.
When I will be able to get a solution? I don’t really know.
