It is only my second week on this assignment but I feel the heat, not because of the project demand but on how to deal with people in order to complete the job.
Before my engagement on the project, the project was on work share. Several offices were working on it just to keep the work going while full time personnel are still not available. Most documents have been created offsite.
This is the main obstacle that I am facing now. Since the ownership of these documents are offsite, in order to move forward with them, I am at the mercy of the offsite people.
I hate this scenario and stresses me. The project is now on a critical stage, the more that documents need to be issued to either the client for approval or to vendors for quotation. but unless a drastic change will happen, project delay is inevitable and more stresses to personnel.
