The Serendra condominium centralized LPG distribution is the first in the Philippines, probers say. If this is the first domestic centralized LPG gas installation, was there an inspection and testing as the adequacy and safety of the installation? I guess, there were none. If there is, the next question will be, were the inspectors competent to do the inspection?
I have mentioned in my article that the Philippine government need to implement better regulations on these types of installations including equipment used. The time is now, not later.
